An incident of chain snatching is reported at Paneriyon ki Madri today afternoon. Hiran Magri police has lodged barricades at various places to nab the accused, but so far there no clue of the motorcycle borne snatchers.

According to police, the victim Sushila (63) resident of 37- Mayurvan Colony, Dholi Magri at Paneriyon ki Madri was walking towards main road from her house, when two men on a black motorcycle came from behind and passed away, after crossing a few yards, the suspects returned from front and snatched 1.25 tola gold chain and fled.

The victim woman was shocked and could not remember any identification of the accused; the whole incident happened in fractions of seconds.

Shushila immediately informed her family members about the mishap and they rushed to the police station to register a complaint about the incidence.
