A case of alleged negligence has been lodged against the management of a private bank today by the general manager of Navneet Motors after Rs.23.7 Lac from company’s account were wrongly transferred to some other accounts.

Mohammad Khan Sabunwala, GM of Navneet Motors registered complaint at Hathipol Police Station.

In the FIR, Khan stated that on 22nd Oct he got a call from a bank employee who informed him about the transaction of Rs.23.7 Lac. The transaction occurred on 21st Oct midnight.

Khan denied any such transaction and checked his account through net banking. He got stunned seeing the transaction of the amount is done at different accounts based in Haryana and Assam which was done without company’s knowledge.

Though, Bank manager denied receiving any such information through police or the victim. He said, “This is the matter of investigation and action would be taken if any employee of the bank was found involved.”
