Ayub Shah, one of the main accused in the Motilal Dangi assault case, who was arrested yesterday from Chittorgarh, has been sent to judicial custody by Udaipur court. Shah will now be taken by Pratapnagar Police for interrogation in other cases.

Ayub Shah was produced in court today afternoon by Bhopalpura Police. He was later sent to judicial custody.

Ayub Shah and Mohammad Azam were accused of planning attack on BJP leader and builder Motilal Dangi over a property issue in June 2012.

Several arrests had been made in the case earlier and Ayub Shah was the only accused absconding.
