Caught in the camera while puffing few cigarettes, actor Randeep Hooda will be penalized for smoking in prohibited area while shooting for the film – Bad.

Randeep was found smoking in the collectorate last Sunday where offices of all top administrative and civic officers of the city are situated.

Police got into the action when actor’s first picture while smoking was published on UdaipurTimes.com on Sunday evening and later published by local print dailies today morning.

Fine of Rs.200 will be imposed on the basis of Rajasthan Anti Smoking Act, said a police officer.
