Police have arrested three of the four accused of the murder on 13th January, 2014, while the fourth accused is still on the run.

The trio, arrested from Jhogi Talab were identified as Laxman, Dinesh and Mangu, all residents of Hela Kakra village near Kaya. Rupa Meena, resident of Titodi village is still on the run.

Police have been on the hunt for these four since the day of the murder of a villager at Nalla and special teams from Goverdhan Vilas have been working on this. When the team got information that the trio was seen at Jhogi Talab, Kaya, they rushed to scene and arrested them.

In the police interrogation the accused revealed that on the night of 12th January, the deceased Raju went to the house of Rupa who was a spotter of his truck. After meeting him he went to the village of the accused to meet the sister of the accused, Laxman and Mangu. Seeing this, Laxman and Mangu got angry and started beating Raju and few minutes later the third accused Dinesh also joined them.

After beating him badly, while they were rushing him to the house of Rupa at Titoda, Raju started vomiting and succumbed to his death. The trio left him at the Aniket and fled from the scene, as per the Police.

Further interrogations are on and Police are continuing their hunt for Rupa.
