A woman became victim of bag snatching today near R K House Fathepura. The accused came on a motorcycle and snatched the bag containing Rs.1.5 Lac from the victim Rashmi Shrimali who works in a finance company.

Rashmi told police that today while going to office, she went to Axis Bank (UIT Bridge) and withdrew Rs.1.5 Lac rupees and went towards her office. Rashmi imformed that there is a postbox near her office where she stopped to put letter in it.

While going to her office, two men on a motorcycle approached towards her and snatched the bag containing cash.

Shiv Prakash, S.H.O of Ambamata Police said that the money belonged to victim’s office. SHO said that the search operation has started.

Due to sudden havoc, the victim could not see the face of the accused but said that the motorcycle used by them was black color Bajaj Pulsar.
