Bharat Sharma, real estate businessman is sent to 15 days of judicial custody by Udaipur session court for his alleged involvement in assisting Rajni Sharma, alias Muskan Sharma for making her passport on forged documents. The Additional Chief Magistrate, Mukesh Arya, pronounced judicial custody for Sharma today. Advocate Arun Vyas was the lawyer from Bharat Sharma’s side. The much famed case of fake-passport had many twists and turns when real identity and whereabouts of Muskan became a mystery, however acting ardently, Udaipur police exposed Muskan as Rajni Sharma, who at present is admitted in a maternity hospital at Noida and expected to deliver soon. Now, Udaipur police is waiting to get Muskan into the custody to close the case.
