The mastermind key accused of the most talked about case of Bhavishya Credit Co-operative Society Sanjay Shukla absconded from Rajkot after Udaipur police received the information about him based on which the team had reached Rajkot on Friday for his arrest.

Sanjay has been absconding since the financial scam of Rs. 100 Crore of the company Bhavishya Credit Co-operative Society came in light. Sanjay was the vice president of the company and believed to be the man behind the whole scam.

The information of Shukla came out when the news and pictures of he and his family attempting suicide went viral through mobile application a month back. Soon, the police team came in action and was sent to Rajkot, Gujarat for the verification of the information.

Talking about the incidence, Additional SP City Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj informed the media on Friday that photos spreading through the mobile application were being compared to the original records and nothing could be said regarding the matter until thoroughly verified.

Sources said that Shukla had gone to Rajkot and was living at Indra Nagar colony with family. He had also changed his name to Sujal Riwali and had taken up the false identity of a hypnotherapist. The information of he and his family attempting suicide went out in January.

The three other absconding treasurer Rajesh Sharma, secretary Arvind Mehta and director of Bhavishya Credit Co-operative Society were already arrested by the police; Shukla being the only absconding.
