Two notorious bike thieves were arrested today by Surajpol Police. Four two wheelers were also seized from them.

As per Police, during their routine patrolling near Aaravli Petrol Pump, they questioned a duo on suspicion, and they were not able to show any relative documents, nor did they have any answer to the questions. Police took them in custody for further questioning.

In the initial interrgogation, they accepted stealing the bike on which they were apprehended. On further questioning they spilled the beans and accepted stealing more bikes. Police worked on their information and recovered three other bikes from different parts of the city, informed SHO, Ramesh Kumar.

SHO added that both the accused Wasim Khan (22) and Gopal aka Bhuria (32) are habitual criminals and police have previously recovered eight bikes from their posession in January last year.
