A case of alleged fraud has been registered at the Goverdhan Vilas Police station against Mohammad Sher Khan and Dinesh Kumar, both residents of Sava, Chittorgarh for not returning the cheques of applicant given against the purchase of a JCB vehicle.

 
A case of alleged fraud has been registered at the Goverdhan Vilas Police station against Mohammad Sher Khan and Dinesh Kumar, both residents of Sava, Chittorgarh for not returning the cheques of applicant given against the purchase of a JCB vehicle. Sunil Suhalka, resident of Goverdhan Vilas, and the applicant in the case, had, as per the Police, purchase a JCB from the accused duo in June 2011. He had paid Rs. 1000 on the day of the purchase and given a cheque of Rs. 6,71,000 as security towards future payment. As per the Police investigation, an amount of Rs. 6,70,000 was paid and settled in December 2011 by Sunil. As per the case registered, Sunil has alleged that the accused have not returned his cheques even after the payment was made and Sunil has requested that the cheques be returned. The Police have registered the case after the preliminary investigation.
