Cash & Ornaments stolen from Marriage Venue
A hand bag containing 35 tolas of gold ornaments, Rs. 35,000 cash and a mobile phone was stolen by an unidentified accused on 8th February from a marriage function held at Rudraksh Garden, situated at 100 ft road, Shobhagpura.

The incidence took place on 8th February at a marriage function of Jay Vijayvargia, who runs a restaurant in the city and lives at Prabhat Nagar, Hiran Magri. Jay’s grandmother was sitting in the function with the bag when few performers came to her asking for a tip. While she got busy talking to them, she later found the bag to be missing, said police.
Adding further, she intimated the relatives about the missing bag who called the police at the garden for investigation.
Police took the report and started investigation of the matter. After verifying the situation for 3 days, a case has been lodged by the accused on Friday at Sukher police station.
