It was one busy day for the Surajpol Police Station, as they lodged a case of theft at Agrasen Nagar, where thieves took assets and cash worth more than Rs. 1,16,000 early today morning.

According to Police, early in the morning around 5AM, Nishant Joshi was roused from his sleep by his landlord who lives on the ground floor of a two-storey building.  He informed Nishant, that one of his windows was left wide open.

Nishant sensed trouble and on checking the site found that all his stuff was lying on floor, but no lock or almira was broken.  However, soon afterwards, he found that Two mobiles, Rs. 6,000 and Gold Earrings worth Rs. 80,000 were stolen from his room, where he was sleeping.

The FIR has been lodged at Surajpol Police Station.
