A middle aged woman was targeted by motorcycle borne chain snatchers on Tuesday morning. The victim Hemlata Jain, resident of Machchla Magra has lodged the report at Goverdhan Vilas Police station.

According to Jain, she was going towards a nearby temple when two people on a motorcycle approached from behind and snatched her gold chain.

Due to the sudden attack, Hemlata could not resist and her chain broke into two parts, one remained in her hand while the other part was snatched by the accused. Both suspects fled immediately.

Terrified Hemlata rushed to her home and informed her relatives who took her to the police station.
