After a few peaceful days, chain snatchers are back in action today.

An illicit biker got hold of 1.25 tola gold chain that he snatched from a woman walking towards her relative’s house at Sector 14 today afternoon.

According to the police, like the all past incidences of chain snatching, this time also the offender came on a black colored bike with his face covered with a cloth and was wearing sunglass. All the identification points provided by the victim are the same.

The victim, 30 year old lady Meena, a resident of Sarada district came to Udaipur today afternoon at around 3 pm and was going to her brother’s house at the 100 feet road, Sector- 14.

The lady immediately informed her brother and both of them went to the police station and lodged a F.I.R. The police immediately started a hunt for the culprit on the basis of the information provided by the victim.
