The Police has presented a charge sheet at the ACJM, Kherwada on the basis of facts gathered during the investigation of the Rishabhdev Rape Case. On 14^th February, two policemen allegedly raped a minor girl, daughter of a female police official of the Rishabhdev Thana.

After presenting the charge sheet, the police have appealed to run the case in a special court under the Child Sexual Harassment Protection Act. According to sources, the ACJM will now present the charge sheet in the session court at Udaipur, where the next hearing is scheduled on 2^nd March 2013.

Prior to this, police have made changes in the sections under which the accused were booked and have added the sections of IPC and SC ST Act with additional sections 4,6,8,10 of the Child Sexual Harassment Protection Act, informed the Police Sources.
