Chotulal Meena, the key accused of Dilip Chittora’s murder case was sent for 10 day police custody remand on Wednesday by Udaipur court. Police is in an attempt to recover the weapons that were used by him for the execution of the property dealer’s murder.

The mastermind behind the daylight murder at 100 ft road was arrested by the cops on Tuesday from city railway station. Surprisingly, during police interrogation, he had revealed that he had targeted victim Dilip Chittora after he threatened him for life. He made a plan for his murder with his associates and executed his plan on 21st November 2014, a day before the Udaipur Municipal Corporation polls, said SHO of Sukher police station Harendra Singh.

He further informed that his few aids who were involved in the murder conspiracy were arrested before.

Police is expecting to unfold vital information from the accused in his 10 day PC remand.
