A number of people belonging to Rajput Community gathered outside collectorate and demanded strict action against the accused boy who allegedly harassed the girl. The protesters also gave memorandum to the S.P.

According to the information provided, on 10^th Dec, the accused boy who is a student of class 11^th at Government School, Thokar eve teased the girl studying in 10^th class of the same school.

On the day of the incident, the accused went to the school allegedly drunk and committed the crime. The matter then went to the school principal who also discussed it with victim’s parents.

On 13^th Dec the matter got ignited when hundreds of people from the community went to the police station and demanded action against the accused boy. The case was then taken by Dy.S.P Ashok Kumar but no action was taken thereafter.

Annoyed community members protested today outside collector’s office. The accused belongs to Kali Ghati area of Semari Police Station while the victim girl is resident of Thokar.
