A young girl from Udaipur, lodged a complaint of sexual abuse and blackmail against a compounder of Gogunda Hospital.

Victim alleged that a few months back, when she was unwell, she had visited Gogunda Hospital for treatment.  There she was examined by the accused compounder and during the checkup she was given a medicine, due to which she lost consciousness.

On regaining consciousness, the compounder showed her an objectionable mobile clipping of him with her in a compromising position and threatened her of exposing the clip in public, as per information provided by the Police.

The girl, who was married in February this year, has been living with her husband and in laws in Gujarat.  Even after marriage, the compounder continued his threatening calls and did not stop the blackmail.  Annoyed, the girl explained the entire situation to her in laws and husband.

Soon after her in laws lodged a complaint with the Police and demanded strict action be taken against the compounder.

Police are investigating the allegation before taking the necessary action.
