The mutilated body of a 20 year old married woman was found lying mysteriously at a farm house situated at Ogna village 9 days after she had gone to her parental house post an argument with her husband.

The victim was identified as Bhagwati Gameti (20) of Jhanjhar Ki paal area of Ogna village. In the initial investigation police found that the victim had an argument with her husband Laxman 9 days ago and after that she left her house for her parental house and since then she was missing, police said.

The incidence came to light when the owner of the farm Suresh Gameti of Jhanjhar Ki paal area spotted the dead body of the victim at his farm. He immediately informed the police about the mishap. Upon getting the information of the dead body a team of Ogna police rushed to the scene for verification of the situation.

According to the police victim’s parents came to the scene but returned without taking the dead body. They staged a protest at the crime scene for the demand of Mautana. After hours of efforts of police the parents and relatives of the victim were convinced not to demand Mautana and later the decomposed body of woman was shifted to mortuary where its postmortem was conducted through Medical board and it was handed over to her father in law Bhera Gameti.

The police has lodged an FIR of murder and started the investigation of the matter.
