After four days since the day light murder of Dilip Chittora, a local property dealer took place at Shobhagpura, police is still unable to arrest the main accused. Expressing their concern, Chittora community members handed over a memorandum to District Collector and demanded quick arrest of the accused.

After four days since the day light murder of Dilip Chittora, a local property dealer took place at Shobhagpura, police is still unable to arrest the main accused. Expressing their concern, Chittora community members handed over a memorandum to District Collector and demanded quick arrest of the accused.

Under the banner of Shree Digamber Jain Chittora Samaj Association, a group of people met district collector Ashutosh Pednekar.

Dilip Chittora was stabbed to death by two accused on 21st Nov. Following the severe injuries, Chittora died later in the night during treatment. The cause of the murder is believed to be a disputed property.

Police has reports against some people and also detained few suspects but the main accused who is identified as Raju Meena is still at large. During investigation it was also found that Raju allegedly murdered Chittora out of revenge as Raju’s wife committed suicide few months back which was also related to the same disputed property Chittora was involved in.
