The Inspector General of ACB Dinesh MN arrived in Udaipur on Tuesday to interrogate the high profile mining bribery case that included the principal secretary of mining Ashok Singhvi.

MN arrived on Tuesday morning and moved to the Police Anveshan Bhawan, Badi Road. Upon the arrival of MN, the first accused Pankaj Gehlot was interrogated by him whereas on the other hand, the remaining accused were sent to the Bhawan where they were questioned in relation to the bribery case, informed sources.

This is considerable that all the accused had spent the night at different police stations of the city whereas accused Sanjay Sethi stayed at ACB office on Monday night.

The police custody remand of the prime 5 accused has been extended till 24^th September and the three others including Sher Khan, Shyam Sunder Singhvi and Dhirendra alias Chintu have been remanded under judicial custody. Sources further said that the bail application of the accused Dhirendra was apparently rejected by the court.
