Udaipur District Court has sentenced 5 years imprisonment to a man convicted of smuggling drugs. The accused was booked under NDPS Act.

Magistrate Pankaj Bhandari has sentenced the accused Heeralal, resident of Kherwara 5 years jail and Rs.20,000 penalty. Heeralal was caught with 5.9 kg of Ganja on 9^th Nov 2006 and since then he was under trial.

11 witnesses and 24 supporting documents were presented in the court.
