The Special Task Force and Hiran Magri police collectively arrested a duo of thieves who had committed a number of thefts and burglary at various parts of the city. Both are booked under the charges and are being interrogated further.

The accused Raju and Heera Lal Mali of Avrimata Kachhi basti, Hiran Magri were nabbed by the team of cops from Jadav Nursery, sector 4 in a raid, said CI Chagan Rajpurohit.

In the initial interrogation the accused revealed that they had committed 7-8 thefts and burglary in Goverdhan vilas, Ambamata and Sukher area, informed Circle Inspector Purohit.

The accused duo were arrested by the team of Goverdhan Singh Bhati (In charge of Special Task Force) including Yogesh, Prahlad, Ganesh, Akhilesh, Dharmendra, Yashpal and Salim and the team of Hiran Magri police with CI Chagan Rajpurohit.
