A convicted prisoner who escaped from the police custody on Sept 3 was arrested from his relative’s house yesterday. Bhairosingh Banjara, a murder convict ran away from MB Hospital when he was taken for health check up.

Police had laid massive man hunt and received tip off Kalbelia’s whereabouts. He was arrested from a relative’s house in Badesar.

Police teams from Udaipur, Mawli and Badesar jointly executed the operation and arrested Bhairo Singh who was lodged in Central Jail Udaipur for murder charges.
