Failure to get a job induces an engineering student of Udaipur to commit suicide at a hotel in Pahadgunj area of Delhi. The boy injected some poisonous liquid in his body due to which he dies on Friday.

According to Delhi police, the victim Nadeem Sayyed of Udaipur left a 4-page suicide note in his room in which he mentioned that he was upset over not getting a desired job. Nadeem, a student of marine engineering at Engineering College, Lonavala waited for a long time to get dates for his training.

Due to reshuffling of dates over the time, he was spending time at his home in Udaipur. One day, he informed his parents that he got a job in Delhi and shifted there where he was staying at a hotel since August 9. After reaching there, he learnt that the date has shifted again and the training got cancelled. Besides, Nadeem was offered a profile which wasn’t as per his choice. After frustration from these incidents, he committed suicide.

Later, the relatives of the deceased were informed after which they reached Delhi. Meanwhile the dead body of the victim was shifted to mortuary for postmortem.

Nadeem was a resident of Mukherjee Chowk who had finished schooling from The Study School and received higher education from Lonavala. Moreover, his mother was an associate professor at one of the government colleges of Udaipur.
