UPDATE [09/12/12]: Anant Kumar, DYSP informed that, Bharat Kumar was presented today in court and is taken under 5 days PC remand by Police.

Bharat Sharma, the main accused in the fake passport case was cornered at Udiapol and has been arrested, as per the police.

Bharat was the person who gave the rent receipt that helped the lady, Muskaan in getting the fake passport made. This case had been registered at the Goverdhan Vilas Police Station.

Hariprasad Sharma, Superintendent of Police, Udaipur said, “We will be taking legal action against the accused as he was party to the fake passport case since he helped in getting the passport made. The passport has since then been cancelled”.

According to DySP North, Anant Kumar “We were in search of Bharat Sharma for a long time and continuously raided different places through a special team that was made under my direction at the Goverdhan Villas Police Station. We even raided his house several times and had a word with his wife who is a teacher in a private school”.

“Finally, on securing his arrest, we will be taking the needed strict action against him”.
