Police has detained a taxi driver and his associate for allegedly manhandling a man over the issue of overtaking. Both accused are booked under section 151 of Crpc.

According to the police, the incident took place on Sunday evening when the victim Pankaj Kumar resident of Delhi was returning back from Sajjangarh Fort in his car, on the way another, another car was following him which was driven by Sohan Singh, a local taxi driver.

Pankaj Kumar alleged that Sohan Singh was continuously trying to overtake and honking but when he was unable to overtake he started abusing. Soon the argument turned into fight and Sohan Singh called his aide Pritam Suhalka and both allegedly thrashed Pankaj Kumar.

Ambamata Police reached on the spot and arrested both Sohan and Pritam for manhandling Pankaj.
