Another incidence of firing was reported in Udaipur from Farooq-e-Azam colony of Mulla talai area. More than half a dozen accused came on three bikes, opened fire on the victim out of an old dispute; fortunately nobody got injured.

Another incidence of firing was reported in Udaipur from Farooq-e-Azam colony of Mulla talai area. More than half a dozen accused came on three bikes, opened fire on the victim out of an old dispute; fortunately nobody got injured.

Soon after getting the information of firing, a team of police including AdSP City Dr. Rajesh Bharadwaj, DySP East Goverdhan Lal, DySP West Murlidhar and all the SHOs of city Police Station and Tier force rushed to the scene to verify the situation.

Accused of firing were identified as Imran Kunjada, his brothers Mohammad Husain, Adil Hussain, Ashfaq Husain, Saddam Kankroli, Mujjafar alias Goga and Irfan. The victim Iqram has given a report against them for beating him outside his house at Farooq-e-Azam colony this afternoon at around 2.30 pm.

As per the victim Mohammad Iqram, the accused came on bikes and started beating hi. They asked him about his younger brother and when he did not give a satisfactory answer they turned up with a country made pistol and opened fired on him. Three bullets were fired but luckily the victim did not get hurt. Soon after the incidence, the accused fled from the scene.

Mohammad Iqram also informed that, the accused were having a dispute with his younger brother and today they came there to take revenge from him, but instead of his brother, Iqram became their target.

All the accused are having criminal records, as various cases have been registered against them at various police stations of the city, as per police.

The report has been lodged and the investigation of the matter has been started.
