Mumbai based Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers have registered a complaint with the Mumbai Police against Udaipur based Devyani Phosphates for not meeting commitments and subsequent fraud of Rs. 7 Crore.

Mumbai Police, with the assistance of Dabok Police raided the premises of Devyani Phosphates at Dabok and seized some documents and the raw material lying there.

As per the complaint, Rashtriya Chemicals had supplied Raw Material to Devyani Phosphates, to process the finished product and had also give Rs. 7 Crore in advance towards the project.

Apparently, the task was not completed in time and none of the finished product was supplied. A case was hence registered against the Directors, Vikram Singh Rathore and Harsh Vardhan Rathore.

The Police have arrested Vikram Singh while Harsh Vardhan is still on the run.
