Geeta Patel Innocent: ACB Lodges complaint against conspirators
The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Jaipur has lodged report against four people for misguiding ACB and creating conspiracy against Saras Dairy President Geeta Patel which led to her arrest in June 2012 for taking bribe.
The case was later investigated and found to be false and Geeta Patel was given clean chit from all allegations.

ACB Ad .S.P. (Special Investigation Wing) Manish Tripathi lodged complaint against four people; Gehrilal Dangi, Sunil Suthar, Vimla Soni and Sandeep Lakshkar for misleading government officers of ACB and setting conspiracy against Geeta Patel.
According to the FIR lodged by ACB, it is mentioned that Gehrilal Dangi was the main conspirator, he allegedly convinced Sandeep Lakshkar and Vimla Soni to trap Geeta Patel. In return he promised Lakshar the sum of Rs.5 Lac. While Vimla Soni confessed to make Geeta Patel’s voice recording on telephone.
ACB visited the house of Gehrilal Dangi and Sunil Suthar but both of them were not there. ACB got information that both are absconding for the last 15 days.
ACB said that the whole conspiracy was made to damage the social prestige of Geeta Patel.
All four were booked under section 182, 195, 465, 469, 471 and 120B of Indian Panel Code.
