Geeta Patel, the former chairperson of Saras Dairy rejoined her position yesterday on 18^th Oct after she was found acquitted of bribery allegations.

Patel was arrested in June 2012 by ACB Udaipur for allegedly taking bribe for allotments of dairy booths. Later during investigation, it was found that Geeta Patel was trapped by the applicant itself and all the allegations were false.

In Sept 2013, ACB lodged complaint against all the conspirators for defaming Patel’s image and putting false allegations on her.

Patel who is also an active BJP member rejoined the position of chairperson.
