Thieves in the city are on a vigorous stealing spree, as they usually committed thefts in the darkness of nights, but now even the bright sunny days do not daunt them in carrying on their activities.

Yesterday, a house at Kalaji Goraji area was targeted by suspected thieves when the family was out for work. Things worth more than Rs. 2.5 Lac including Rs. 50,000 cash were stolen from the house of Gopal Menaira.

According to police, 10 tola gold, 10 tola silver and 50,000 rupees cash were stolen from the house.

Surajpol police has registered the case and started the investigation.
