In a bizarre incident that took place today at Pratap Nagar Chouraha, two suspected men fled away showing firearm to traffic policemen on duty when the cops asked the suspects to come out of their car.

Both suspects ran away leaving their car roadside and fled in another car waiting few meters away from the place of incident.

Traffic police officials Parbat Singh and Balu Singh were on duty at the busy Pratap Nagar Chouraha when they stopped a Toyota Innova Car on suspicion due to dark window glasses and asked for identity card and license.

Two men who were sitting inside the car said that they are from Jodhpur. But when the cops forced them to come out, one of the men who was holding firearm threatened the unarmed traffic cops.

Both suspects ran towards Balicha road and fled in another white color indica car of Jodhpur number.

Both traffic police officials alerted the police team but they were unable to catch the absconders who swiftly disappeared on the highway going towards Ahmedabad.
