Govt. Employee Beaten by Sarpanch's Son
A Gram Rojgar Sahayak (Rural Employment Helper) was allegedly beaten by the son and husband of village sarpanch Narmada Kalal at Mal ki Tus, Gram Panchayat near Meetha Neem 25 km from Udaipur.

In the attack, victim Mahendra Singh Sisodia received head injuries. Sisodia rushed to Udaipur and approached Police Superintendent Hariprasad Sharma.
A police case was registered against Shankar Kalal and Babulal Kalal for allegedly beating Sisodia and threatening him.
According to Sisodia, Shankar and Babulal came with a few men to Gram Panchayat Office and started beating and abusing him and forced him to follow their orders. They attacked Sisodia with iron rods and fled away.
“I got assistance from police and S.P Saheb assured me of strict action against the accused, my report is also lodged”, said Mahendra Singh Sisodia to UT.
