Gun Fire accused apprehended by Special Task Force

A special Police Task Force formed under the supervision of Gajendra Singh, CI, Hiran Magri Police Station, have apprehended an absconding accused Hayat Hussain alias Saddam in relation to a suspected gun fire attack in Hiran Magri on December 26, 2013.

A special Police Task Force formed under the supervision of Gajendra Singh, CI, Hiran Magri Police Station, have apprehended an absconding accused Hayat Hussain alias Saddam in relation to a suspected gun fire attack in Hiran Magri on December 26, 2013.

In the incident that was recorded on a report lodged by Naresh Kumar Lohar, resident of Verma Colony, Hiran Magri, an empty bullet shell landed into his house following a gun fire on December 26, at 7:30pm. The SP, Udaipur formed a special investigation team who then began their investigation.

According to Police, “During the interrogation of residents near the home of Naresh, it was found that a tenant of Naresh, Shahrukh, who used to stay a floor above the house of Naresh, had a long standing dispute with a person named Hayat Hussain”.

“The police went to Shahrukh’s place, where his mother, Naseem Banu revealed that Hayat had come to their house in the evening on December 26, and since Shahrukh was not home, Hayat had an argument with Naseem Banu.  Following the argument, Hayat took out a pistol and allegedly shot her, but missed.  Following this, Hayat fled from the scene.  The empty shell of the bullet shot landed in the kitchen area of Nareshs’ house”.

On getting this information, the Special Task Force, consisting of Gajendra Singh, Nana Lal, Ithwari Lal, Buddh Narayan, Yogesh and Jagdish, started the search operation for Hayat, who was finally apprehended from his house in Niargarh Mohalla, which falls under the Dhanmandi Police Station.

Further investigations and interrogation of the apprehended accused are in process before a case is finally registered.
