Nai police on Friday has arrested the history sheeter and notorious criminal Dilip Nath on production warrant from jail under a case lodged against him by one Lokesh Gurjar for assaulting him, demanding extortion money and taking away his car few days back.

This is considerable that Dilip and his associates were recently arrested by the Pratap Nagar police under similar case lodged against them by a resident of Meetha Neem area. Police has also confiscated fire weapons and live bullets from the accused and booked them under various sections of IPC and Arms act, police said.

Police further informed that Dilip is still under interrogation and police is expecting to get some vital information in relation of the matter.
