In an incident of daylight theft yesterday afternoon, thieves targeted a house in Sector 4, Hiran Magri.

As per Police, the house belongs to a couple, both teachers.  They were on their respective jobs at the time of incident.  Thieves broke the lock of the house, ransacked each room and cabinet and took away all available money and jewelry.

When both husband and wife reached home in the evening, they discovered the theft and informed Hiran Magri Police Station.  The couple also has two sons who stay with them, but coincidentally they too were out of station.
