Case of alleged misbehaving and abuse is lodged against the absconding director of the Bhavishya Credit Co-operative Society, a controversial investment company that has been under investigation for suspected fraud.

The case is lodged by a female interior designer who was appointed in an under construction office of Bhavishya. According to the interior designer, she started working on the project after getting 10 percent advance payment.

After the work was complete, she approached Damodar Nagda, director of Bhavishya for the rest of the payment. But she was allegedly abused by Damodar, Bal Krishna and his son Rohitash and they also refused to pay her money. Police has registered case against all three.
