A prisoner lodged in Udaipur Central Jail was taken on production warrant after he was found using mobile phone inside the jail.

During interrogation, the accused inmate Mahendra Seni revealed that he was not just using the phone from last one and a half year but also running the nexus of vehicle thieves from the jail. 24-year-old Mahendra Seni from Pragpura, Jaipur is under trial accused of vehicle theft.

SHO of Surajpol Police Station Ramesh Kumar informed that, Seni was caught during inspection of Central Jail.

A case was registered at Surajpol police station under section 66 of I.T act & section 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120 b of IPC. The investigation was going on since then and name of the accused Mahendra came in light.
