A Jewelry shop owner has reported a case of theft at his shop. The owner has raised suspicion on an unknown woman who came to his shop in his absence, a couple of days back.

Shop owner, Kanhaiyalal Soni, lodged a complaint at Surajpol Police station today stating that jewelries including a gold ring, a pair of gold ear rings and a traditional gold ornament were found missing when he counted the stock on 5 Feb as he does every day before closing his shop.

Soni said that he doubted a woman who entered his shop, accompanied by a child, while he went to his house, located just above, for lunch. The woman started looking for jewelries but left after few minutes saying she didn’t find anything of her choice. The shop, at that time, was being taken care of by Soni’s children.

When Soni came back, his children told him the story. At evening when he counted his stock, he found some jewelries missing.
