The judicial custody of the 8 accused of the bribery case of mining department has been extended till October 8 by the anti corruption court on Tuesday.

The decision was taken by the court on Tuesday after the accused were brought to the court. Moreover out of the 8 accused the bail application of only one accused Sanjay Sethi was presented in court by his lawyer which was put down by the court, as per the spokesman.
The 8 accused were brought to the ACB court on Tuesday morning for the hearing of their case. After going through thoroughly the various aspects of the case, the judicial custody was extended for next 9 days; with the next hearing on 8th October.
