The key accused behind the planning of murder of a businessman over property issues was arrested by Hiran Magri police on Saturday. The other 6 accused involved in the conspiracy were already arrested by the cops.

Chagan Raj purohit, SHO of Hiran Magri police informed that during the investigation, it came out in the light that Babu and the businessman, resident of Ashok Nagar had a prolonged dispute over a property which Babu wanted to buy at a low cost.

Following the dispute, Babu planned the murder of the victim businessman with the help of accused Kalu Kabadi and 5 other goons for the execution of the plan.

The accused will be produced in court and taken on PC remand for further interrogation of the case, said SHO.

The absconding accused Kalu Kabadi was arrested yesterday by Hiran Magri Police. The rest of the 5 accused were arrested and their arms seized on 2nd December from Dore Nagar area in regards to the conspiracy.
