Kiran Maheshwari, 28 others charged for alleged fraud in Marriage

According to the Police, the complaint was filed by one Deepak s/o Gopilal Tapdia, resident of Kolpol, Bada Bazar stating that Kiran Maheshwari acted as a mediator in his marriage to Priyali Rathi, resident of Grant Road, Mumbai, where Kiran Maheshwari purposely hid the facts that Priyali is her niece and has already mothered a girl child before marrying him.
Deepak says that he and Priyali came in contact when he used to go to Kiran Maheshwari’s residence when she was hurt in an accident, way back in 2006. Kiran suggested Deepak to marry Priyali and told him that she could act as the mediator.
Deepak agreed, and got married on 8th June, 2008 in Udaipur where 28 other persons known to Kiran Maheshwari witnessed the marriage.
Now, when Deepak realized the undisclosed facts, he filed the complaint letter in court against Kiran Maheshwari and her husband Satyanarayan Maheshwari, Prayali Rathi (Deepak’s wife), Bhanu Paliwal, Kankroli; Patit Rathi, Mumbai; Hansa Rathi, Mumbai; Shantilal Rathi, Mumbai; Shiv Prasad and Sushma Rathi, Nathdwara; Shankar Lal Tapadia, Mumbai; Praveen Tapadia, Mumbai; Ashok Sanari, Mumbai; Hemlata Sanari, Mumbai and 16 others.
Satyanarayan Maheshwari denied all charges and said that he and his family member don’t know Deepak.
