The man who was arrested three days ago for abusing a 10-year-old girl, was found to be a notorious criminal with around 20 criminal offenses including rape and murder registered against him at Arnod Police Station, Pratap Garh.

Tulsiram Rawat who was presently residing at Kanpur Madri, Udaipur was arrested on 14^th Oct after he allegedly abducted a 10-year-old girl, daughter of his neighbor and attempted to abuse her.

Rawat was first identified as a mining labour but after investigation, it was revealed that he has dozens of cases lodged against him including murder, rape, burglary, abduction and assault. He was even convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment but he got bail after appealing to high court.

Pratap Nagar C.I Labhuram informed that after arresting the accused, the police investigated about him and found that he is a history sheeter of Arnod Police Station.
