Two trucks were caught with illegal liquor consignments worth more than One Crore rupees. In two different seizures, Pratap Nagar Police caught the first truck at 2:30am while the second truck was seized at around 7 am from the Debari Circle.

Drivers of both the trucks fled away from the scene. According to police, both trucks were coming from Chandigarh and going to Gujarat, which is a dry state.

The trucks contained 936 cartons and 971 cartons of Haryana made liquor respectively.
