A franchisee owner at Hotel Trident has registered a case of Fraud against Mumbai based celebrity Hair Designer, Jawed Habib for allegedly not adhering to the terms of agreement at the time of allotting the franchisee. The matter has been reported at Ambamata police station and investigations have commenced.

Applicant Madina Ali has informed the police had she had taken a franchisee for a Saloon from famous hair stylist Jawed Habib a few years back. At that time they signed a deed in which some norms to be followed were mentioned. Moreover it was finalized to give the fee for 11 months as security and an amount of Rs. 2.5 lacs was paid by Madina to Habib.

After fulfilling her part of the commitment, Madina has alleged that nothing has been going according to the deed signed by the parties from Habib’s side. Madina informed Habib about the irregularities but he was ignoring it and even not ready to give back the amount of security of Rs. 2.5 laces paid by Madina at the time of taking the Franchisee, as per police.

Hence, Madina has finally taken the route of law to rest her case.
