The victim Mangilal Rebari, resident of Ladio ka Kheda was attacked today morning when he along with his brother Ramlal and neighbor Baluram were going towards Udaipur.
The attackers laden with sticks and swords suddenly stopped the trio and started beating them. During the attack, Mangilal received severe head injuries and he died in the hospital. While his brother and neighbor was admitted with multiple injuries.
Relatives of the deceased lodged report against 10 people, Shamboo Nath, Lala, Guatam, Uda, Arjun lal, Mukesh, Madan lal, Heera Lal and Govind of the Ladio ka Kheda and Pratap Singh Rajput of Khadra village for the murder.
A large number of villagers gathered at the mortuary during postmortem. Seeing the tense situation all SHOs and DYSPs reached MB Hospital. The body was sent to the village in the presence of police.
Police officials informed that on 17th May all the accused had a fight with Mangilal and his neighbor Balu on the issue of a common road passing between their houses. Following that, they were instructed by the police not to fight again.
But today the group of accused made a plan to attack Mangi Lal.
Police team including Dysp Goverdhan Lal and SHO Labu Ram came in action and the raided various places including their houses to nab the accused. No accused was arrested till writing this news.
