Bhagwati Prasad Gayti, a 38 year old man of Surajpol area committed suicide for unknown reasons at his resident on Tuesday evening. The dead body was shifted to mortuary by the cops.

The incident came in light after one of the relatives of the victims spotted him hanging in his room. He immediately called for help and the police rushed to the scene to take account of the situation. The victim was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead, police said.

The investigation of the matter is still on to infer the reason behind the suicide.
