The decomposed body of the man that was found floating over Lake Pichola on 22^nd October was identified today by the victim’s wife.

The deceased is identified as Mahendra Jat (50) resident of sector 3 Hiran Magri. The identification was done by his wife Sushila after she was informed by police.

Mahendra who originally hails from Meerut (U.P) went missing since 9^th Oct. His wife lodged missing person’s complaint on 20^th Oct.

According to the police, the body of the deceased is handed over to his wife, while investigation is still on.
