A lady has lodged a case of defamation against her husband, who she claims has hacked into her email account, and has uploaded pictures of her on a social networking website.

The couple has been married since April 2012 and are Computer professionals. They had shifted to Ahmadabad for their respective jobs after marriage.

They now live separately, as the lady claims to have been tortured by her in-laws for dowry and a case to that effect has also been lodged by her earlier.

The lady is a resident of New Keshav Nagar, Roop Sagar and is living with her family ever since she lodged the complaint of dowry related torture against her husband and in laws.

In her report against her husband, which she has lodged with the Sukher Police Station she has claimed after she lodged the dowry related complaint, the case had been under review and on 14th December 2013 she was threatened by her husband. She claims that her husband has said that he would hack her email and delete important information related to the dowry case.

He also said that he would edit her pictures and post them on social networking sites. The lady claims she was apprehensive about this, and before she could take action, her email had been hacked, as per a call received from her husband. When she checked her email account she found that her account was actually being hacked and most of information in her account was missing.

This is when she rushed to the Police station to lodge a complaint. The Police is looking into the matter.
